Delivery in Fujairah runs same day when the order is placed before 13:00 GST, otherwise the next morning. Everything on this page is already inside the UAE, so nothing waits at customs.

Yes, and it is the default. You pay the courier in AED when the parcel is in your hands, or refuse it at the door at no cost. We never ask for your card number, a card PIN or a one-time SMS code. Delivery is free from 500 AED, otherwise a flat 50 AED.

A plain craft box. No logo, no product name, nothing on the receipt or the waybill, and a neutral sender name. A guard, a receptionist or a flatmate who hands it over learns nothing from the outside. The courier does not know what is inside either.

Any valid street address in the emirate, including Fujairah City, Dibba, Al Faseel, Merashid, Sakamkam. Add the building and unit number plus a phone that is reachable on the day — couriers call on arrival. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

14 days to return an unopened item, 30 days if it is faulty or we sent the wrong one — on a fault we pay the courier both ways — and 90 days of warranty on the motor, battery and charging of anything electrical. Opened items cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons.

صندوق كرافت عادي. بلا شعار وبلا اسم منتج، ولا شيء على الإيصال أو بوليصة الشحن، واسم مُرسِل محايد. الحارس أو موظف الاستقبال أو شريك السكن الذي يسلّمك الطرد لا يعرف شيئًا من الخارج. والمندوب نفسه لا يعرف المحتوى.

١٤ يومًا لإرجاع منتج غير مفتوح، و٣٠ يومًا إن كان معطوبًا أو أرسلنا الصنف الخطأ — وفي حالة العطل ندفع المندوب في الاتجاهين — و٩٠ يومًا ضمانًا على المحرك والبطارية والشحن لأي منتج كهربائي. المنتجات المفتوحة لا تُسترجع لأسباب صحية.
