Delivery in Dubai runs 10:00 to midnight, usually within an hour of the moment we confirm the order. Everything on this page is already inside the UAE, so nothing waits at customs. Dubai is the only emirate we deliver in on Sundays.

Yes, and it is the default. You pay the courier in AED when the parcel is in your hands, or refuse it at the door at no cost. We never ask for your card number, a card PIN or a one-time SMS code. Delivery is free from 500 AED, otherwise a flat 50 AED.

A plain craft box. No logo, no product name, nothing on the receipt or the waybill, and a neutral sender name. A guard, a receptionist or a flatmate who hands it over learns nothing from the outside. The courier does not know what is inside either.

Any valid street address in the emirate, including Marina, JBR, Downtown, Business Bay, DIFC, JLT, Al Barsha, Deira, Bur Dubai, Al Karama, Jumeirah, Umm Suqeim, JVC, JVT, Discovery Gardens, Silicon Oasis, Sports City. Add the building and unit number plus a phone that is reachable on the day — couriers call on arrival. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.

14 days to return an unopened item, 30 days if it is faulty or we sent the wrong one — on a fault we pay the courier both ways — and 90 days of warranty on the motor, battery and charging of anything electrical. Opened items cannot be taken back, for hygiene reasons.
